Before public collection of personal information begins, the privacy contact, registered contact address, retention period and hosting region will be confirmed here.
What you provide
Contact details, collection and delivery locations, cargo information, timing and relevant notes. Please ensure you are authorised to provide another person’s contact details.
How private dispatch works
Only the selected driver receives an offer with the areas, cargo and timing. Detailed site contacts are available to the assigned driver after operator confirmation.
Notifications
The team receives in-app notifications. When configured, WhatsApp alerts contain a short event description and request reference, without customer addresses, phone numbers or cargo notes.
Storage and access
The platform is prepared for Railway hosting and Neon PostgreSQL. Operational records require an authorised account. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
