Your operator checks approved drivers, vehicle suitability, loading, route and timing before sending a private offer.
Plan industrial site access
We specialise in deliveries into oil refineries, chemical plants and other heavy industrial sites. We coordinate required inductions, driver documents, PPE, security checks and any escorts with your site contact.
Deliver to the point of use
Agree the workshop, maintenance team or work area where the part is needed. Your operator confirms site permission, the authorised entrance, on-site directions and unloading arrangements before arrival.
Agree the price and terms
Customer quotes and driver fees are separate. Current terms must be accepted before confirmation.
Confirm personally
A driver’s acceptance reserves capacity provisionally. An authorised operator confirms the booking after all checks pass.
Know your driver
Confirmed customers receive the assigned driver’s first name and direct business telephone number.
Keep responsibility clear
Axis retains ownership of your enquiry and delivery arrangements when an approved partner carries out the journey.
Your delivery is not confirmed until Axis has verified availability and agreed the arrangements with you.
